Jose es súper amable, muy pendiente de todo y enseguida contestaba a mis preguntas, en cuanto a la ubicación está muy retirado del centro y para aparcar se tarda mucho y en cuanto a limpieza podría mejorarse bastante tanto en baño como en cocina.

José fue muy amable y respondió siempre diligentemente. A nuestra llegada vimos que nos había dejado el desayuno de obsequio. En el piso estuvimos bien y tiene buena localización para visitar en coche el concejo del Gonzo, la costa Noroeste asturiana y Oviedo así como para ir en bus o andando al centro de Avilés. Si eché de menos una mesa de comedor y una plancha. convencional y una plancha.

José es un propietario atento y detallista, muy amable. La estancia ha estado bien, lo único a destacar es la poca insonorización de la vivienda (por eso se escuchan los vecinos) y la dificultad para aparcar si llegas por la tarde-noche.
