Si. Es cierto que no está en el centro, de ahí el precio. En el centro valen el doble o más pisos de similares características, y se aparca aún peor!.
Cierto es que a algunas horas se aparca peor, pero a 2/3 minutos caminando, hay un centro de salud que os comenté que siempre hay aparcamiento, sobre la limpieza la revisaremos, pero es la primera vez que nos dicen, de hecho siempre sacamos bastante buena puntuación en ese aspecto. Estancia cómoda
José fue muy amable y respondió siempre diligentemente. A nuestra llegada vimos que nos había dejado el desayuno de obsequio.
En el piso estuvimos bien y tiene buena localización para visitar en coche el concejo del Gonzo, la costa Noroeste asturiana y Oviedo así como para ir en bus o andando al centro de Avilés.
Si eché de menos una mesa de comedor y una plancha. convencional y una plancha.

Estancia una semana
José es un propietario atento y detallista, muy amable. La estancia ha estado bien, lo único a destacar es la poca insonorización de la vivienda (por eso se escuchan los vecinos) y la dificultad para aparcar si llegas por la tarde-noche.

Hola. Es cierto que en esta época, debido a las obras esta más complicado el aparcamiento. Pero no podemos hacer nada, espero que cuando acaben, vuelvan a habilitar los aparcamientos que había antes. De todas formas donde el ambulatorio siempre hay sitio, y esta literalmente a 2 minutos caminando.
Sobre el tema de los ruidos, llevamos 3 años alquilando y es la primera vez que nos lo dicen, no se si hubo alguna discusión o algo. Yo cuando estoy en el piso escucho los ruidos normales de la Comunidad, algún portazo etc.
