Holiday house for 6 people in Canillas de Albaida, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped swimming pool.

At the entrance of the house there is a porch with two areas, one with a table and chair to enjoy an outdoor lunch and another with armchairs to have a coffee. There is also parking and a summer kitchen with barbecue. The outdoor area is completed with a heated pool that is heated by solar panels and allows for pleasant swimming from April to October, with temperatures between 20º-28º (depending on the external temperature).

The access lane to the house is characterized by curves and slopes, and is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. The use of a 4x4 car is recommended.

Wonderful peaceful location, just 5 mins drive from Competa. Heated pool, jacuzzi, sea views and lots of games to keep everyone entertained. AC in all rooms. Kitchen well equipped. All you need for a memorable holiday.

Wow Factor

We had planned to go out travelling around Malaga but as the villa was so lovely and peaceful we only went into Cómpeta and spent most days relaxing, the villa had everything we needed and our host was great. We would recommend Villa Rosa to anyone either for a fun packed holiday or just to relax, hopefully we will be able to return and enjoy another fantastic holiday. Thank you

Wonderful Break in Canillas

A warm welcome (helped by google translate) to a fab Villa. The property was nice and spacious, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, a fab BBQ and outdoor kitchen and WOW, the pool. The heating system almost made it too warm one day but morning and night it was like a bath….we stayed in it till 2am one night! Bliss. The Hot Tub was enjoyed a lot too while sampling some local Vino. Walking distance to Canillas, close to the larger town of Competa, just make sure you’re ready for the short, but steep drive or walk up to the road! The drive into the property is a bit lively, but fine once you master the correct line. Thanks for a great stay.

Estar alojados en villa rosa ha sido un acierto total. Muy recomendable. Querer decir que la anfitriona antes de llegar se puso en contacto con nosotros para quedar en un punto para llevarnos a la villa y hacer el recibimiento que fue muy personal enseñando toda la villa y a la vez nos dieron consejos sobre el entorno y zonas para ir a comprar,comer etc..sin duda nos hicieron sentirnos muy cómodos. ( Muy de agradecer). La villa es un auténtico espectáculo la mires por donde la mires. Es tal y como en las fotos está. No tiene ningún desperdicio. Menaje,comodidad dentro de la casa, limpieza ,comodidad en el exterior que hay varias zonas donde disfrutar al aire libre sin que falte ningún detalle. La casa como comente anteriormente está dotada con todo sin que falta ningún detalle así de hace muy grato la estancia. También destacar el exterior de la villa, piscina climatizada y con agua salada que en todo momento te invitaba a pegarte un chapuzón también destacar que la situación donde está anclada la villa a nosotros nos pareció estupenda ya que al estar prácticamente tapada con una montaña el aire no nos daba y tanto para tomar el sol y hacer barbacoas está genial ya que está resguardada y no hay ningún inconveniente que pasarlo genial. El jacuzzi una pasada también ya que para al estar todo tan recogido se hace muy grato estar. Nosotros fuimos con nuestras mascotas y la estancia con ellos nos lo pasamos bomba. No se podía perdír más.. También destacar la amabilidad de parte de los anfitriones de la casa,en todo momento atentos si necesitábamos algo..algo de agradecer. Sin duda las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido en varios años y con ganas de que llegue el año próximo para volver a repetir. Muchísimas gracias rosa por todo !!

La casa está muy bien y hemos estado a gusto pero mejoraría algunas cosas importantes como mosquiteras en todas las habitaciones, mejora de la rampa de acceso y despejaría las ventanas de 2 de las habitaciones que dan a un pasillo trasero angosto y sin mantenimiento. Lo mejor han sido las vistas, la amplitud y estado de la casa y la atención personal de sus propietarios.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch! Alles war vorhanden und die Lage absolut erstklassig. Was für eine Aussicht! Der Besitzer war sehr gut erreichbar (per WhatsApp, allerdings nur auf Spanisch; zum Glück gibt es Google Translate!). Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Whirlpool. Er war sehr schmutzig und roch unangenehm. Wir konnten ihn daher nicht benutzen.

Pasamos ocho semanas (octubre-noviembre) en la villa. Está completamente equipada. No le falta de nada. Hay una piscina climatizada y un jacuzzi en un lugar muy privado con fantásticas vistas al mar, las montañas y los pueblos blancos. Hay varios buenos restaurantes cerca.

Zwembad (heerlijk verwarmd) en bubbelbad is tijdens ons verblijf 2x schoongemaakt. Vooraf krijg je even een berichtje dat er iemand langs komt. Perfect!

Por desgracia, llovió y no hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina, pero el jacuzzi estuvo genial. Schönes Ferienhaus mit Swimmingpool, Whirlpool, Sonnenliegen, ausgezeichneter Küche und gutem Schlafzimmer + Dusche. Caniilas mit einem Supermarkt und einem Restaurant ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruta los Molinos ist eine schöne Rundwanderung, die dort beginnt. Der Empfang durch Juan verläuft gut und er zeigt, wie alles funktioniert. Der Weg zum Ferienhaus ist kein Problem, der steile und kurvenreiche Weg zurück ist jedoch eine Herausforderung.

Die Villa ist ein schöner Ort, gut ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Gegend ist voller Dörfer und Landschaften, die es zu erkunden gilt. Der Pool war ein großer Vorteil, außerdem ist es leicht, an die Küste und in die Städte zu gelangen, um dort Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Um hierher zu gelangen, benötigen Sie Transportmittel. Es war eine wundervolle Erholungs- und Entspannungsreise voller Spaß.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Rosa und können sie wärmstens empfehlen! Die Umgebung und die Villa selbst waren wunderschön und genau wie beschrieben. Juan war großartig, sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell. Der Zugang zur Villa liegt etwas abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade, aber unser Auto kam damit sehr gut zurecht und wir waren dankbar für die Privatsphäre. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich und wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Stadt war wunderschön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir würden gerne in Zukunft wiederkommen!

Das Highlight der Unterkunft war für uns der beheizte Pool, der eine perfekte Temperatur hatte und zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden konnte. Auch die Klimaanlage war super. Es gibt eine einspurige Straße, die beim Verlassen des Grundstücks stark ansteigt. Daher ist es sinnvoll, einen SUV usw. zu haben. Die örtliche Stadt Cómpeta ist etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt und hier haben wir den Markt, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte besucht. . Da ist viel drin. Außerdem finden regelmäßig verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt, die Sie auf dem Schild vor dem Rathaus sehen können. Wunderschöne Stadt mit allem, was wir wollten.
