Gorgeous apartment of 50m2 located in the heart of Stockholm, in the trendy Södermalm, just 200 meters from Mariatorget Metro station.

The apartment is spacious, clean and design to welcome 4 guests. The bedroom is decorated with style, and offer calm and quiet nights.
Apartment has sofa-bed in living room.

The private separate kitchen is very convenient for your own use, and disposes of all necessary utilities.

The area is calm, and very well located, close to all commodities and common transports.

We don't offer parking place on the street.

Great location for visiting the city. Quiet area and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Right size for 2 adults and 2 children. Bathroom a little small but still functional. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. Cleanliness could be improved.

Great apartment in central location

This apartment is a great base for exploring Stockholm. Very near the tunnelbana, well furnished and very clean. Our only criticism would be that there really needs to be a door on either or both of the sitting room/bedroom.

Great location & wonderful property

For our party of 3 this apartment was perfect. Access to dining, grocery, metro/train and pharmacy were all within a 2 block distance. Parking was a challenge but we expected that. Ludmila met me and walked me through access to the apartment and amenities. If we come to visit Stockholm again we would love to stay again.

Ludmila is better than Google

The property is a typical Stockholm unit. We enjoyed the location and the unit. Ludmila was incredible. She helped with our arrival and was a great assistance in helping us to do what we wanted to do. She was much better than Google!

Clean bare bones

The place is very clean and in a great neighborhood. There is no dresser in the bedroom, so we were not really able to unpack and lived out of our suitcases for a week. The”host” is close to Impossible to reach and there is nothing in the apartment in the way of maps or information to help someone new to the city get situated. There are multiple super market options nearby and a multitude of cafes. Bus transportation is close and very convenient.

Nice clean Apt with cafe next door in quiet street.

Was suitable for 2 indeendant senior adults with bad arhrtis ( ground floor) 2nd bed was a foldaway bed which we needed to put in limited space in lounge. Worked ok but internet looked as though bed set up in a bigger space Cafe staff spend lot of time outside bedrm window in rec time but were no bother but had to have windows covered. Close to bus and walking distance to stockholm sth tube station.stockholm station a nightmare. Did day in Old Town ( packed late Aug) Also went by ferries to 2 beautiful archipeligo island.s...Vaxholm ( historic houses, fort) and Grinda lovely nature wilderness island)

Phone Issues

The area where the apartment is located is delightful. Our major problem occurred when we arrived. The phone number we were given was useless. It was not an international phone number. Thank goodness a helpful young lady who lived in the building assisted us. Except for an uncomfortable bed and no blankets, the apartment met our needs. However, we won’t be returning to this particular place.

Gutes zentrales Apartment

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Apartment ist echt schön eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet, aber in Stockholm gibt es ja genug Möglichkeiten auswärts zu essen. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit alle Fenster wegen einer Baustelle zugeklebt, was wir vorher nicht wussten.

Bel emplacement. L'appartement correspond aux photos. Bémol sur la salle de bain, petite et qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. L'emplacement est tout près du métro et des commerces. Appartement bien décoré, sur cour, très calme. Question ustensiles de cuisine, c'est un peu léger. Et l'accueil est minimaliste...
