The expansive ocean view includes some of the best characteristics in the country looking out to Punta Dominical, watching surfers enjoying the dependable white-water playground, Tree Island in the distance and the entire Playa Dominicalito Bay. The well-maintained 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Villa has a fully functional kitchen and dining area including a large outside covered deck for outside dinning, afternoon cocktails, gorgeous sunsets and a perfect place to remember the day as nighttime arrives. With plenty of outdoor seating and dining space plus a pass-through window from the kitchen to the patio, it is perfect for entertaining and spending time outside. Additionally, each bedroom has its own small balcony and bathroom plus there is a small common area downstairs. The two master bedroom suites are equally sized with a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other. The Villa comfortably fits one family or 2 couples and has private parking with 24-hour security. The open floor plan upstairs with tiled floors and high ceiling includes a couple ceiling fans to augment the tropical breezes should you decide not to use the air conditioner. The bedrooms and laundry are located on the lower level separated by a small common area .
Every room has large glass sliding doors to enjoy the view and the ocean breeze keeps all rooms comfortable so that the A/C is usually not required. A fully equipped Kitchen with an electric stove, Self cleaning oven, Stainless refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, and all your basic cooking pans and utensils allows for staying home to enjoy the property. With a full size washer and dryer you can pack light. If you choose to go out for meals, there are several of the finest local restaurants just minutes away. To start their day out right, many guests like to walk the beach to Por Que No for breakfast. The Villa is fully furnished and includes cable TV along with dependable cable WiFi internet. You can be in close touch with family and friends back home to torture them with photos of your daily adventures. At night the prevailing cooler breezes are constant, originating from the highest peaks in the country located inland from Dominical. The trees around the villa are visited by Toucans and the occasional sloth while Monkey’s howl in the distance. The excellent location allows you to walk a short distance to the beach, a local waterfall/swimming hole and a primary jungle hike located on the top ridge adjacent to the property. Easy directions from SJO are provided and I can assist with your transportation needs including car rental, van service and suggesting regional flight arrangements.
