The Place - Double Studio
The Place Studios are located a mere 50m away from the fantastic organized beach of Laganas, and it is the perfect accommodation to house your own dream vacation, be it an exploration of the unmatched Zakynthian beauty, an alternation of swimming and partying in a popular resort, or a combination of both. Because The Place… is the place to be!
The Place consists of five ground floor (one needs to walk up only 3 or 4 steps) studios, two double and three triple, all with their own private balconies.
The double studios are equipped with two single beds each; these beds can be combined into doubles.
Every studio has a kitchenette with basic equipment, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
If you wish, you can enjoy breakfast in the hotel run by the same owners, just 50m away. You can also use the hotel’s private swimming pool, provided that you order something from the snack bar.
Among the amenities, the following are included:
-24h hot water
-Air-conditioning
-Smart TV (Netflix)
-Private Entrance
-Wi-Fi (indoors/outdoors)
**Room Allocation of each room type is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
**According to Greek legislation, Government tax of 0.50 euros / night / room is not included in the room rate and is payable upon arrival.
**Breakfast is provided upon request, 12.50 euros per person/per day.
