Nice flat with great location

We had a really nice stay. Giacomo was flexible for the check-in time and quickly answered all our questions. Mosquitos are a real thing there, even with fly screens everywhere. Be sure to prepare yourself! We can recommend :)

Ho trascorso una settimana molto rilassata e piacevole in questo appartamento a cui non manca nulla. Molto comodo alla spiaggia, ai servizi e ai ristoranti in zona. Poco distante da una bellissima pineta nella quale recarsi per respirare un meraviglioso profumo di pini e salsedine. La mia amica pelosa è stata molto ben accolta e il proprietario discreto ed estremamente gentile. L'appartamento merita davvero, pulitissimo, molto spazioso e deliziosamente vivibile. Grazie!

Günstige Wohnung, aber eher finster.

Wunderschöne Ferien, Wohnung, vor allem Küche gut ausgestattet und nahe bei Meer und Zentrum. Leider hat die Wohnung fast keine Fenster und ist schattig.

Vicinissima alla spiaggia, pulitissimo, spazioso, comodo lo spazio fuori, tranquilla la zona, parcheggio fuori non a pagamento. Unica nota: sarebbe comodo trovare una coperta in più, uno straccio e qualche detersivo per pulizia base in autonomia. Prezzo ottimooo

Un buon posto per una vacanza al mare e non solo, buon cibo buon vino storicità dei borghi, cultura, divertimento con il cavallino matto a 800 mt. Attenzione al parcheggio trovarlo in alta stagione è impossibile.

Alles Bestens

Der freundliche Vermieter wartete bereits vor Ort und mit englisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Kleiner Tipp: bringt eigenes Klopapier mit, vor Ort bekommt man aber auch alles zu kaufen für den Haushalt (Seife, Spüli, usw.) Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir haben unsere eigenen Bettdecken, Kopfkissen+ Bezüge mitgebracht, ist aber mit Aufpreis auch vom Vermieter angeboten. Töpfe, Geschirr usw. ist vorhanden, Gewürze und alles weitere muss man mitbringen/kaufen. Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Eisdielen sind in kurzen Wegen erreichbar, wir brauchten kaum unser Auto. Auch das Meer ist in gemütlicher Nähe um die Ecke und lädt zum schwimnen, Sonnenbaden oder Spaziergang am Sandstrand ein. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden!!!

Schöne Lage

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Strand, schöne Restaurants, schöne Ausflüge:Das alles führt zu einem gelungenem Urlaub.

Echt klasse Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einer guten Lage. Alles was man so im Urlaub benötigt an Geschirr usw. war vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Giacomo für den Service.

Wonderful vacation

Everything went fine! The owner was really friendly, the apartment was beautiful, clean and near the beach (only 3 minutes walk)! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Im großen und ganzen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, Kücheninventar war aber leider nur das nötigste. Allerdings sind die Mücken an und in dieser fewo eine richtige Plage - unbedingt an Autan o.ä. denken.

Tut mir leid wegen der Mücken. Leider hatten die Regenfälle der vergangenen Wochen die Anzahl der Mücken in der Region erhöht. Für Küchenutensilien stelle ich mir immer alles zur Verfügung, was die Gäste brauchen. Wenn jedoch etwas fehlte, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen, damit ich es zur Küchenausstattung hinzufüge. Un gioiellino

Siamo stati veramente molto bene. L'appartamento è ben arredato (ancor meglio di quanto si può vedere dalle immagini del sito). Oltre alla vicinanza al mare, è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate in pineta o muoversi con l'auto per raggiungere i paesi vicini, ricchi di storia ed immersi in una natura stupenda. Incantevoli alcuni borghi medievali dell'entroterra. Un grazie di cuore al signor Giacomo attento alle nostre esigenze.

Appartamento in buono stato, pulito e confortevole con giardinetto in ottima posizione per consumare i pranzi e le cene all'aperto. Vicinissimo ai negozi ed alla spiaggia, ma fuori dalla confusione serale. Comodissimo anche per un soggiorno senza uso della macchina. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.

Casa spaziosa (ci si sta tranquillamente in 4). A 100 da una spiaggetta libera e a 50 passi contati dalla passeggiata principale...ma fuori dal caos. Ottimi anche i contatti col proprietario. Consigliatissimo
