About this property
Dimora di Charme San Carlo 12 by Wonderful Italy
Cozy apartment tastefully furnished by the home stager Fosca De Luca, with a private Jacuzzi, with access from the typical porticoes of Bologna’s city center.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a satellite TV, a dining table and a well-equipped induction kitchen complete with an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine.
A bookcase separates this area from the bedroom, which features a queen size bed and open plan closets. Guests will love the private Jacuzzi, where they can relax after returning from the city tour, inside the bathroom fitted with a shower and a washing machine.
There are also comforts available such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. If interested, contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out designing an unforgettable holiday to discover Italian beauties.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town,
Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings.
It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
The train station is at about 10 minutes walking distance while the airport can be reached with less than a 20-minutes drive.
