Cozy apartment with terrace and beautiful view of the city, a short walk from Bologna Central Station.The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift, a few steps from the historic center and the university area. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a curtain and features a bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, accessible from both the living area and the bedroom, furnished with armchairs and a dining table. From here guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding hills. Wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be available to guests.*Guests can make use of a covered parking lot inside the property for a fee.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
