Living area with an open layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Heating by electricity. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher are all electric. Utility with washing machine, hoover and clothes airer. WiFi and television. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Picnic bench on a decked area outside. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop is 1.2 miles away, the pub is 0.2 miles away, and the beach is 0.1 mile away.
