Very good

I liked to central location that made it perfect to easily walk to the opera house, a few of Paris' famous passages, restaurants, and shops. The building is old but well-kept and secure. Being able to stay in a neighborhood where people live and shop helped connect me with the French culture.
Pros- Location.
Cons-
Listing does not reflect what is in the apartment. No dishwasher or dryer.
Towels- One towel per person for our 3 day stay. Asked the owner and got told "we are not a hotel".
Toilet - is very small. Like can't shut the door small. And the seat was broken which they knew about. We had to call to get it fixed.
Overall, very disappointing
On arrival the shower turned out to be cold. Kitchen faucet and sink faucet have hot water. The manager had given two phone numbers if something was wrong. The first called and dqat was the cleaning lady, who could not do anything. Apparently had not noticed the problem because there was a lot of mold in the shower! The second number belonged to the caretaker Glenn, unreachable. Then SMS and Whatsapp and the email via email from VRBO. two days later a response with an instruction on how the tap works. We also have a shower at home so we know how that works. Reported this to Glenn and heard nothing from him so no hot shower during our stay. In addition to the shower faucet, in my opinion, the owner should also replace Glenn. Never again!
Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung in top Lage in Paris.
Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe.
