great stay

the place was clean and spacious for 4 adult guests, in a very safe and secure apartment complex. the location was really good for the price - two metro stations nearby which offered short direct trips into the city centre and elsewhere.

Lovely fully equipped apartment

We loved the apartment which was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It was a short walk to the underground train providing easy access to all of the wonderful sites in Paris. There were restaurants and bars close by too. Would love to stay again

Nice launchpad for Paris siteseeing

The property was clean and modern. The host was prompt to show us entry to the suite. The location is close to the metro so ideal for visiting sites in Paris. There are a few grocery stores down the street so eating in was covenient. A boulangerie on the same block had great croissants and was convenient for breakfast.

Great spot

Location is close to two subway lines. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and bakeries. The apartment is very clean and there are sufficient kitchen supplies ( plates, glasses, cutlery, etc) for cooking dinners.

Sehr gemütliche und gut plazierte Wohnung

Das wichtigste im Vorab: die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah an meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris (nah für uns war ein Umkreis von 6 km). Wir waren fast immer zu Fuß unterwegs. Vielmehr, die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen 2 Metro Haltestellen, und das macht es sehr angenehm in der Stadtmitte zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit kinder, die 2 Schlafzimmer bieten genug Platz für alle. Die küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Spülmaschine. Haben wir aber selten benutzt, da es ausreichend Restaurants für jeden Geschmack in der Nähe gab. Der Besitzer der Wohnung ist auch freundlich und tut alles, so das die Gäste sich willkommen fühlen. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Paris, und die Wohnung war Teil des Erlebnis.

O ap é otimo!! Bem espaçoso. Tem todos os itens pra cozinhar. Maquina de cafe. Um bom banheiro de banho, maquina de lavar. Rouoas de cama bem limpas, travesseiros, cobertores.A localização é longe dos pontos turísticos mas o metro é 5 min.Tem uma padaria maravilhoso na esquina. Maravilhosa. Foi tudomperfeito.

Very clean place!!

This place was very clean and we felt safe staying here. The listing says sleeps 5, but I would say it sleeps 3 adults and 1 child comfortably. One of the beds is a toddler bed. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Short walk to the metro station made it easy to get into the city on the metro. The neighborhood felt safe and the building is gated. I would recommend staying here!

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’accueil de Mr. Cifalla était très cordial. L’appartement est très bien, très propre et bien équipé. A quelques pas de l’immeuble, vous trouverez une excellente boulangerie, des petits restaurants , des supermarchés ( Franprix, Lidl, Monop…). Vous pouvez vous rendre à Paris en empruntant le métro 13 à partir de la station Garibaldi qui se trouve à 8 minutes de marche de l’immeuble.Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci et au revoir Cifallah.

Comfortable but noisy.

Economical but second bedroom has a child’s bed only so living area is a sleeping area too. Not so convenient for having personal space. Kitchen has excellent stove, dishwasher, etc. but only glasses - no cups or mugs - and no cooking utensils with handles. The host promised to bring both but just didn’t arrive. Bathroom has a washing machine but no dryer. Windows are double-glazed which does help but can’t be left open for long - Avenue Gabrielle Pere is a very busy road and seems to have constant large vehicles passing and sirens blaring. Blackout shutters are good for sleeping. St Ouen is worth exploring though. So many interesting places tucked away.
