Villa Sa Mola with private pool

Lush Mediterranean vegetation and impressive granite rocks form the backdrop to the enchanting Villa Sa Mola. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with outdoor shower and a large infinity pool (12m x 6m), it has a large solarium of about 40mq reachable by an external staircase, from which you can enjoy the fantastic view of the beautiful islands of Tavolara and Molara. The barbecue area set in the granite, has a grill, oven and sink, there are also three covered parking spaces.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa is on two levels:
- on the first floor there is a large and cosy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, the living area opens onto two covered verandas, the first furnished with a sitting and relaxing area, the second with a dining area. There are also two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one with direct access to the pool, complete the floor a twin bedroom and a courtesy bathroom.

- On the lower floor there is a cosy living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with fireplace, two bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom. Access is allowed both from inside and from an outside terrace.

NOTE in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: In case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is given, a handling fee of 25.00€ will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee.
