We are inside the Golfo Stella, the beach takes on the typical features of the southern side of the island, an average length (about 400 m), sand mixed with dark colored pebbles, with a seabed that slopes gently towards the sea, all surrounded from the dense Mediterranean scrub. During the summer the area is equipped with a beach and two bars. The area is well connected to Lacona, with the main road overlooking the gulf, along the coast, and offers unique and wild views. The Acquarilli beach is only 700 m walk from the house, with its turquoise and clear water and the descent via a steep path, making it the ideal destination for lovers of nature, tranquility and naturism.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Independent villa with outbuilding sleeping 8/9 (MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS + CHILD)
The house consists of an entrance hall with a small equipped kitchenette, a living room with two fold-down single beds as well as a sofa (6 seats) with TV and an equipped dining area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom available for guests. Underneath, the property is completed by an independent outbuilding also for the entrance, with kitchen, bathroom and double sofa bed with possible sofa bed for a child.
Guests will be able to enjoy wonderful outdoor spaces both for the upper part and for the outbuilding, a portico equipped with table and chairs and two electric awnings at the entrance, an outdoor dining area with an equipped gazebo. The property is free on 4 sides and is accessed via a gate.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not admitted (family welcome)
- the rental must take place for a maximum of 8 adults + child
- check-in in our office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
