Do you work from home? We have the perfect corner office for you! One of our two larger bedrooms features a very large desk, complete with an office chair and a plastic carpet mat, making it ideal for use as a home office. Each of the four bedrooms feature Cat 6 Ethernet cabling. Two bedrooms have walk-in closets. One of the two smaller bedrooms is located downstairs, and it has a built-in closet. The downstairs bathroom has a shower that is equipped with handholds and seating areas, making this home accessible to some people with limited mobility.
This home sits on one of the nicest lots in Paloma Del Sol. There is a huge backyard where your pets will love to play. The landscaping is mature and very lush, as you will see while browsing our photographs. There are several productive fruit trees, including apples, apricots, peaches, lemons, avocados and figs. You are welcome to eat the fruit that is in season.
Safety features of this home include new carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors in all bedrooms, and updated child-safe electrical outlets, for all outlets that are within reach of a crawling child. Outlets at kitchen-counter height are also new, but conventional. Additionally, the landing at the top of the stairs does not have any posts that may pose a danger to a crawling child.
Due to HOA regulations and City of Temecula law, this home is available only for rental for periods of time 30 days or greater. We require a rental application, credit check and background check. We also require a rental reference check, unless you have owned your primary residence for at least the most recent three years. Each adult in your party must sign our rental agreement prior to your arrival. We reserve the option to waive all or part our application process for parties with very well established reputations. In all cases, this decision will be made at our own discretion.
