We own only one of them.<br>Our apartment in this two-family villa is located in the Riviera dei Pini residential area.<br><br>The villa is situated in a dream location, nestled in a beautiful private pine forest just 50 metres from the sea.<br>The apartment consists of: a covered veranda facing the sea, paved with stone and furnished with a table and chairs; a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a sofa, featuring a charming fireplace clad in granite and wood; a kitchen with a hob, gas oven, and refrigerator with freezer, plus a small built-in pantry; the master bedroom opens onto the back of the garden through a French door, has a built-in closet, and features a private bathroom (toilet and sink); a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; the apartment features a section of a sun terrace furnished with two lounge chairs, from which you can enjoy the sea view.<br><br> Stone barbecue and outdoor shower (no hot water).<br><br>Private covered parking space 50 metres from the house, or the car can be parked in the pine forest<br>Its excellent location among the pine trees allows the house to maintain a pleasant temperature even during the hot summer months, making air conditioning completely unnecessary. <br><br>From the pine forest, you can access a wild, non-Caribbean-style beach featuring Posidonia, which is a sign of good seawater quality.<br>It is interspersed with rocky stretches; 150 metres away there is a small cove, and further on, about 1 km away, there is a sandy beach.<br><br>About 400 metres away is a bar and restaurant, while <br>All amenities are located in the town of Budoni, a 5-minute drive away.<br><br>We are located at<br>RIVIERA DEI PINI, STRADA STATALE 125 (Eastern Sardinian State Road 125), Matta e Perù (Budoni).<br><br>Hours: Check-in at 4:<br>; check-out at 10:<br><br>. From Olbia, take the S.S. 131 motorway. Take the Budoni Mare exit and head towards Tanaunella. Continue past Tanaunella for 2 km.<br><br>The port of Golfo Aranci is 55 km away.
