Activities:

You are perfectly situated to explore some of the most challenging stalking and Munro walking that the Highlands has to offer. Everything you need for outdoor pursuits is on the door step; whether it's deer stalking, clay shooting on the ranges, boat trips to discover the magnificent whales, dolphins and seals; fishing for salmon and sea trout on the River Shiel, all can be arranged in advance via local companies. As well as being a drive away from Scotland's great ski slopes, you are also close to the spectacularly scenic NC500 route, where classic cars roar past, and make you feel like you are stepping back in time.

Deer Stalking / Fishing / Pony Trekking can all be arranged directly with the lodge subject to availability.

You are surrounded by some of the best fine dining experiences in the UK, including a 2 Michelin starred restaurant on the breathtaking Isle Of Skye and there is a local pub within walking distance. In house catering may also be possible - please enquire for more information.

THE FIVE SISTERS OF KINTAIL

The mountain range which consists of 6 (NOT 5) peaks is a great challenge to Mountaineers and Hillwalkers

The ‘Five Sisters’ or ‘Beinn Mhor’, in Gaelic meaning ‘big mountain'.

They can be a technical challenge second to none, and in winter months offer one of the best challenges in Scotland if not the whole of Great Britain.
