This was a very convenient location as we were within walking distance to everything! Shower was very tight, but the bed was comfortable and that’s all we needed!
The location is perfect to central Rome with lots of bistros, shops, and dining options. Beautiful area hidden down a secluded alley. Our host, Catia, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you very much.
We loved the location! Not too busy and seemed more local than touristy yet all was very close. Close to good restaurants and central to most sites of the city.
An excellent start to our Italian adventure!
Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions with plenty resturaunts in between. Our host responded quickly to all messages and was very helpful with navigation when needed. The place was very clean and the terrace was a nice touch. Would recommend
The location was great! Closer to the Vatican side and Tiber river. Our host was very helpful and responsive, she was great! The neighborhood was peaceful and the villa was perfect, clean, beautiful decor and the terrace was a wonderful relax spot after day adventures. We would stay again!
The VRBO was nice and accurately represented in the listing. Quiet at night. Great location to walk to many tourist sites. Bed was comfy. Access was easy. Communication was great.
Traveling solo can be daunting but this property made it easy. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. 2 minute walk to piazza Navona. 25 minute walk to testavere. It was very quiet which I appreciated. The terrace made all the difference. Great neighborhood restaurants abound but just for the sheer fun hit a place in the piazza navona and just watch. Loads of fun.
This is a very comfortable little apartment. The bed was excellent. Walking distance to everything. We like to cook where we stay, the kitchen could us a couple additional implements, but not bad.
We absolutely loved the convenience of being such a short walk from a taxi stand. Every tourist trap was easy to get to! (And would've been a cheap ride if only the taxi drivers would've been more honorable, ugh) I wish we could have spent more time there!

thanks for your review. I'll wait for you when you decide to come back.
Super fun place to stay - within walking distance of everything we were interested in! Cute apartment! Has a couple of stairs in the apartment that lead into the kitchen/bathroom area. Not a problem for us but wanted to mention it
The apartment was in an absolutely ideal location for a first visit to Rome. Within walking distance from all major attractions, and close to bus stops if you don’t feel like walking. Very easy to check in, and apartment had everything we needed. It was an old building (as most are in Rome!) so the apartment had a slightly old/musky smell to it which was our only complaint. But everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfect. Would be happy to stay here again!

Great location, but....
It appears nice on arrival, although difficult to find. Did not know about steps into the kitchen and bathroom area; it meant leaving the light on all night so as not to fall. The shower leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom floor- making it a dangerous exit from the stall. The courtyard was nice, but with windows open, we could hear all the people who lived above, well into the evening. We would like 5 nights of reimbursement since we ended up leaving early for a different place.

Unfortunately the guest first got the booking dates wrong, then couldn't find the address of the house, then needed a 3rd bed for her husband's cousin. Even though she was assisted in everything. He says he had problems with the shower, which was recently replaced. Then he complains about 2 steps in the house, which were well represented in the description and photos published in the ad.
Finally he asks for 5 days' damages. Wrong person not to host.
We stayed in Rome for a short period and this worked for us, but there were some shortfalls. The space was pretty small, but especially the shower. My husband is about 2 meters tall and 210lbs and barely fit into the shower doors. Showering in there was also a challenge because of how tight it was. Anyone of similar stature or broader would have issues as well. The doors to enter the apartment and the doors to enter the shower are very tight and not accommodating for larger people. It is obviously not an issue for everyone, but could be for certain people.
The patio outside seemed nice from the listing, but when you are out there you can hear other people's bathrooms and showers. It is in the middle of an apartment complex, so people could look down at you if they wish.
Otherwise, location was ideal and we could get around very easily.

As for the patio, there is an umbrella placed specifically to create privacy. As for the shower, it is 70x70, while the door has a double swing and is 120 cm wide.
