This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen Tv and dining table seating 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/c on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda with lovely sea views. There is another double room and the 3rd bedroom has a small double bed and a sofa bed.
Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sunloungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in Bbq and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Satellite Tv and free Wifi are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.
A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer

There is a bus stop out side the complex on the side of the road. Buses runs every 10 minutes during the summer until late at night. Also there is a taxi station near by if you choose to use a taxi.
