Hazel Barn is an attractive, self-contained wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse property, resting in North Molton, Devon and can sleep 11 people in five bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for 11 people, an electric double oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, Xbox with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a shared games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bath room, a double, a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, and a family room with four-poster king-size and single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, a hot tub and barbecue, shared used of a 6-acre site, and parking for three cars in a car park approximately 30 metres from the property. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however hot tub towels are not included. Starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally.
