Buen Retiro - Villa with a pool and hot tub, 400 m from the ocean

Buen Retiro is our little corner of paradise where we love to relax and have fun with friends. After an extensive renovation, we decided to make it available to anyone who wants to visit the Salento region while staying just a few kilometres from the city of Lecce, in a quiet, non-touristy seaside town with breezy, pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters within walking distance. We hope it will be the setting for an unforgettable holiday for you as well.

The villa is divided into two separate living units spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 14 people. Inside, the sleeping arrangements are divided into 10 rooms, complete with 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, two patios, and a large terrace. In the spacious garden, you’ll find a swimming pool, a hot tub for 6 people, an outdoor shower, a solar-heated shower, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, and several shaded areas with hammocks and swings where you can read and relax.

Easily accessible by car, it features 4 on-site parking spaces and numerous street-side parking spots. Just a few metres’ walk away, you’ll find: a pastry shop, a newsstand, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable stand, and a mini-market.
Torre Chianca Beach is just 450 m away, and by walking along the beach, you can reach Spiaggia Bella and San Cataldo.

Torre Chianca is a paradise for kitesurfers: it’s a very windy spot where you won’t suffer from the stifling heat. In the evening, you can reach Lecce in just a few minutes by car. Nearby, you’ll find the Cesine Nature Reserve, Rauccio Park, the Abbey of Cerrate, and the cycling trail.
