Gorgeous, elegant, second (top) floor one-bedroom flat in a beautiful, well-maintained period building. Situated on Church Crescent - one of the best roads in the lovely area of Muswell Hill, very close to the restaurants, cafes, shops and cinema in the vibrant heart of Muswell Hill. Close to Highgate Wood.
Easy and quick to get into central London by public transport. eg. 35 minutes to Oxford Circus.
A 5 minute bus-ride to Highgate & East Finchley Stations, and very good bus links.
Close to Highgate Wood and Queen's Wood, Alexandra Palace, Cherry Tree Wood, easy cycling distance to Hampstead Heath and Kenwood, and swimming ponds..
Total floor space: 32.5 sq m.
There is a 2-seater sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs, and a double bed in the flat - all good quality. (The first couple of photos of the living room and bedroom are very recent. Others have some furniture which belonged to the tenant at the time.)
If required, mobile 4G Wifi can be provided at the plan cost. I use my phone sim with unlimited data for all my WiFi needs.

Why they chose this property
This flat has lots of character and light. It is in a lovely, well-maintained building in a beautiful residential area, with great transport links into central London. It is relatively quick to get into central London and the City. My flat is a perfect size for a single visitor to London, or a couple. The street is one of the best in Muswell Hill. As it is a crescent, there is no through traffic, so it is a quiet location.
What makes this property unique
You are about 3 minutes away from the vibrant Muswell Hill Broadway, with its cafes, restaurants, Planet Organic & other shops,, and Everyman Cinema on your doorstop! 3 minutes in the other direction takes you to Highgate Wood - perfect for a stroll or a jog!
Also, within easy reach, I recommend a visit to Kenwood House and grounds (backdrop to the film: "Belle"), and Hampstead village and Heath. There is also Waterlow Park in Highgate, and Lauderdale House which serves as a beautiful venue for classical and jazz music.
I especially love the Hampstead swimming ponds, and Parliament Hill Lido, which are a quick bike ride away. There is also ice-skating, and boating for children on the pond, at Alexandra Palace. A 20 minute steep downhill walk away is Park Road Pools and Fitness Centre, with an outdoor heated lido.
