With an exceptional view over the Portobello Road the terrace is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Space:
Located on the iconic Portobello Road, this 2 bedroom flat is ideal for your London getaway.
Get lost in all the decorative details around the flat, from the remarkable artwork to the incredible vinyl collection that gives the flat a bohemian feel.
Both bedrooms boast conformable king size beds, perfect to relax after a Saturday of exploring all the market bits and pieces.
The kitchen could inspire the most unwilling cook, with a stainless steel surface and all the appliances you might need, as well as several cookbooks to spark your creativity.
The charming terrace is perfect for summertime, with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you snug on breezy nights.
The windows in the front of the property are double glazed.

Guests will have access to the whole flat.

The flat is located in one of the most iconic locations of London, the famous Portobello Road, home to the famous movie Notting Hill.
Every Saturday you will find the popular Portobello Market at your door step, where you can find everything form antiques to food, including clothes, records and books.
To grab a bite to eat here are our favourite restaurants/pubs: Essenza Italian on Kensington Park Road, Santo Mexican on Portobello under the bridge ( Friday and Saturday lock in after 11.00 with DJ), E and O Asian Fusion with outside seating, Golborne Road Deli Cafe with outside seating, Pizza East with outside seating. 202 and Chucks on Westbourne Grove both with outside seating. Negozio Classica on junction of Portobello and Westbourne Grove with outside seating if your early for sophisticated range of Italian wines by the glass and snacks.
For cafes and brunch spots: Golborne Deli, Daylesfords, Grocer on Elgin, Books for Cooks, Coffee Plant
Supermarkets: Grocer on Elgin, Portobello Market, Sainsburys, Tesco, Mr Christians and Garcias all within 1 minute and 3 minutes walk.
Pharmacy: D.H.Evans on Elgin Crescent 100 yards away.
Post office: Ladbroke Grove or Portobello Road on the junction with Golborne Road.
Cinema: The Electric opposite the flat and The Gate in Notting Hill opposite the tube.
Theatres: West End on Central Line direct. Parks/green spaces: Hyde Park and Holland Park 12 minutes away walking.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

We were in a family vacation to see the sights and family. This flat was in a great location, near to great food, shopping and transportation. The flat itself is beautiful. Very cozy and well kept. Thank you for a great stay ❤️

Wonderful kitchen with street market below
This is a great location with clearly a foodie host and a street market below where daily farmers market options are available and yet the street vendors change daily. Tgere are two bedrooms and a great living room. One should note that the bathroom is a jack n jill beside a bedroom and choose your guests wisely. That said there is great cooking opportunities as well as daylight street vendors supporting this location. The privacy is great snd there is a-lot of fun and shopping in the neighborhood. Definitely would return.

Fabulous stay on portobello rd flat
This was a fabulous two floor flat right in the heart of Notting Hill located directly on the famous portobello road. Neighborhood was perfect with shops, restaurants and the tube all close at hand. The flat was a real treasure, eclectic, warm, cozy, very well appointed with every kitchen item one could need, TV, comfortable beds, lovely living room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The weather was a little chilly for the fall so we could only use the terrace but once, would be terrific in the spring and summer. Emily, the property manager was extremely communicative, reaching out to see if there was anything we needed before and throughout our stay. Outstanding !!! Will definitely stay here again

Loved the Location
We had such a fantastic stay in the heart of Portobello. We ate at Egg restaurant across the street and a wonderful French Bakery almost every day. Such a cute flat with so much charm and warmth. We enjoyed sitting upstairs every morning and evening watching people on Portobello Rd. It had everything you needed to enjoy a long holiday in London. Also I want to note that my husband was worried about how loud it would be for being on a busy street. It was very quite and lovely. Thank you again for the lovely stay.
