Ονομάζομαι Πουλιάσης Ιωάννης και είμαι Δημοτικός Υπάλληλος. Μένω στην Βόρεια Κέρκυρα και αγαπώ αυτό το καταπράσινο νησί. Η κύρια ασχολία των κατοίκων είναι ο τουρισμός και είναι όλοι πρόθυμοι να σας εξυπηρετήσουν. Το ακίνητο έχει θέα στη θάλασσα και στο αεροδρόμιο και απέχει μόλις 5 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας και σε 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο έχεις πρόσβαση στις πιο διάσημες παραλίες του νησιού. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία είναι 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Εντός 15 λεπτών ή το πολύ 14 χιλιομέτρων έχετε πρόσβαση σε μουσεία, μαρίνα Γουβιών, υδάτινο πάρκο, ψάρεμα, ταβέρνες, θαλάσσιο σκι, Νοσοκομείο κλπ
