Μετά από 5 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη στη διασταύρωση του Δήμου Αχίλλειου στρίβετε αριστερά προς Μπενίτσες-Λευκίμμη. Μετά από 600 μέτρα στο δεξί σας χέρι μετά από Μασούτης Σούπερ Μάρκετ, στρίβετε δεξιά στην είσοδο δίπλα από ένα πέτρινο γκρι τοιχίο. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία & κουζίνα. Περνάει το αστικό λεωφορείο Μπενιτσών για παραλίες. Το ακίνητο έχει θέα στη θάλασσα και στο αεροδρόμιο και απέχει μόλις 5 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας. Σε 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο έχεις πρόσβαση στις πιο διάσημες παραλίες του νησιού. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία είναι 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
