Large country house

A very large house in the countryside in Somerset, between Taunton and Bridgwater. Almost 300 years old, but totally renovated. A very peaceful location with wonderful views of the rolling hills. Lots of room for parking. Three large double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, and one single bedroom. Two sitting rooms, each with wood burning stoves. TV in each sitting room, both with full Sky, Premier Sports, TNT, Netflix package. Piano. Very large modern, fully equipped kitchen with extendable dining table, which easily seats 8. Picturesque front garden with 4-person inflatable hot tub, and substantial play area.

This was ideal for us as a large family with young children. Bob and Clare were charming and made our welcome and stay very pleasant. Its a large property in a beautiful location - the kids enjoyed the large gardens and it was very peaceful in the evenings. Convenient for Bridgewater and lots of nice places not too far. Definitely family-friendly. We will visit again.

Very good, no issues, the only thing that needs doing is to change their carpets because they are now making it uncomfortable. Otherwise it was ok,Out side was very excellent. Keep it up

Super fijn verblijf gehad, het huis en de tuin waren prachtig! Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto's, met een goed uitgeruste grote keuken en zelfs een hottub. Bob en Clare zijn super aardige en enthousiaste hosts, die veel kunnen vertellen over het huis en de omgeving. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen!
