Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, 48” Smart TV, Nintendo Wii, selection of board games and woodburning stove. Four bedrooms (can sleep 8 in total): 1 x king-size room and 1 x double room both with access to shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC; 1 x single bed with additional single pull out bed; and 1 x children’s bunk bed Outside there is a courtyard with furniture and a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and bean bags, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and beach, whilst there is a pub in 0.3 miles and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. 49 Esplanade has it all.
