Location and apartment both perfect

We loved this apartment. It was bright and spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. The small balcony off of the living room was the perfect space for morning coffee, with a lovely view of the charming street below. The coffee shop across the street was a real bonus! We were just a short walk to shops and restaurants, the beach, and Old Town. One day we rode a city bus to the foot of Monte Igueldo and took the funicular to the top. We would stay here again.

In general the stay was ok. There is a lot broken in the apartment and you feel that it is designed to get as much money out of tourists as possible. We escalated a couple of things but the exchange and solutions offered were disappointing.

SPIRIT was ideally located

close to the old town, the beach, the shopping district and more. We were a group of five and there was plenty of space to be aloneto gather. I'd love to stay again. The street can be loud at night - especially on the weekend. We woke up to some drunk revelers outside the window. That's no fault of the apartment.

Beautiful and spacious flat in old town

Gorgeous and spacious flat located in old town and just steps away from Concha beach. Our group (5 adults) had plenty of room to spread out and loved having three full bathrooms. For three of the four bedrooms the closet space is incredible. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. The only feedback was that our unit was missing a hairdryer. The office mentioned we could stop by to pickup a hairdryer but we ended up running out of time to go back. For those traveling with a car, street parking is for residents only, but there are parking garages nearby which I believe are 30€ per day. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved everything about our stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean and easily accommodated the 7 of us staying. We loved there were 3 bathrooms so we all had plenty of privacy. The amenities were modern. Having a lift was very convenient sending heavy luggage and a buggy up/down. The location however was the best - 2 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the old town- perfect! We could have done with basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee etc as we had to buy all these in. Also more toilet paper and little things like more hooks in rooms and more clothes hangers in cupboards etc but these are minor details.

Excellent Location/ NO AIR CONDITIONING/ LOUD

We stayed for a week in June 2025, and I feel deceived by the listing. Notably, THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE UNIT. This is something that should be made very clear in the listing. The apartment is also on an extremely busy street and the noise from the buses and cars in quite loud. The bedrooms in the back are less noisy, but the front bedroom, with the windows open because the apartment is swelteringly hot in summer, is almost unable to be slep in. Overall, great location walking distance to everything San Sebastian has to offer. BUT MAKE IT CLEAR TO FUTURE TENANTS THAT THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE UNIT.
