Welcome to Villa Gioiosa Vacation In Sicily, a Stunning & 5 bedroom Child-Friendly villa with air-con & fast wi-fi, refurbished & finished to a high standard with its own spectacular private fenced & gated pool with hydro-massage, set in an oasis of peace surrounded by beautiful sicilian scenery just 2 minutes from the centre of town finding all necessary services for a smooth & relaxing holiday like restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bars, butchers, greengroceries, fresh fish shops & much more

Completely indipendent being a detached villa gives you total privacy and accomodates families with children as well as small or large groups of friends/family (up to 12 people) ensuring comfort for each person. You will enjoy pleasant moments of pure relaxation by the pool and spend cheerful evenings grilling with our large BBQ in company or under the wooden temple style gazebo with lounge area a few paces from the outside kitchen with Pizza Oven that provides ample "AL FRESCO" dining space, giving you a wonderful experience of the Sicilian way of life.

The interiors are spacious, bright & functional and will garantee all comforts for a relaxing stay. It is internally divided into 2 floors in which are located 5 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms.

One of the living/dining rooms and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor that leads straight to the outdoor area (all on a flat surface ideal for people with mobility problems) together with a single bedroom and a shower room. The other 4 bedrooms, shower room, bathroom, living room & a large panoramic veranda with great views over open countryside and stunning views of the pool are located on the 1st floor.

Our pool is secluded and quiet, surrounded by extensive patio, furnished with many sun lounges & parasols to relax under the shade and an open air outside shower by the pool to give that extra comfort to our guests.
It is also been designed with the safety of children in mind therefore not only the entrance to the pool is via the gate but it is also fenced & padlocked with the added bonus of hydro-massage in the shallow part of the pool only 60cm deep ideal for babies & toddlers, all this allowing parents to relax without worrying about leaving their children unattended near the pool.

Our villa is ideal for families with children that will be well entertained throughout the whole stay as we provide a fantastic & large sandpit full of swings, slide, sea-saw, 10ft trampoline with security net, bucket & spades, balls, football table & much more inside & outside toys.

Baby-Friendly Amenities: We provide essential baby items to save you from packing them, including cots, highchairs, strollers, and more. It’s all about making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Villa Gioiosa is also only a short drive to Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, and the beautiful beaches of San Leone, making it the perfect base to explore the best of Sicily and offering both the charm of the countryside villa and the latest modern comforts.

The whole property is for the sole use of the guests. It is not shared with other people.
