The living room has large windows to the southwest and a fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with a seating area for 6 people, a 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and a second fireplace!
From here it goes to the large, partially covered south / west terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair.
The two bedrooms with their own TV are located in the basement. One has a walk-in closet, the other has built-in wardrobes.
