Cosy alley kitchen has all basic equipment: kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven and fridge-freezer, coffee machine. Washing machine is also situated in the kitchen. Please note, there is no dishwasher!
Bathroom has been newly refurbished and it has a spacious walk-in shower and stylish outlook. Must note, that it also has a good water pressure for a decent shower.
High street is 10 walk away from the apartment where you find variety of shops and trendy cafes and places to eat. High street is full of buses heading towards London. Streatham and Streatham Hill train stations are located 12-13 min walk away from the apartment. Guest access The apartment is located on a lovely residential street. Parking is free on the street, but please check the signs.
There is NO STEP FREE access to get to the apartment. You have a few steps to get to the lower ground floor - garden level.

A very comfortable stay in London. The apartment was very clean and fully self contained. A quiet area even though it is close to the High Street.We had an enjoyable stay in the Lavender Den 😊
Lovely property, great location away from busy Streatham High Road. Ideal for 1/2 person break.
