About this property

Pinzon, a comfortable family villa with a large pool and air conditioning. Pets welcome!

Close to the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles. Good restaurants like Sibius and Gammarus, and a nice beach bar. Many small coves in the area. 3 bedrooms for adults and 1 bedroom/children’s room with a double bunk bed and a chest of drawers. BBQ. Pets welcome. We took over the house at the end of 2021 and decorated it to our taste. It has been rented out frequently in recent years, with good reviews from satisfied guests.

The villa has 2 floors. The entryway leads into the living room with an open kitchen. Surrounded by a terrace with views of the valley and the sea.
Downstairs: A total of 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a children’s bunk bed and a chest of drawers.
2 bathrooms. High-speed Internet and TV via Chromecast and fibre optics. Bedding and towels are included in the rental. Central air conditioning

Built-in BBQ available.

Upon request, additional cleaning and/or linen changes can be arranged during your stay.

You will be personally welcomed and given a tour of the house.
The villa has a garage and ample parking space in front of the house. Villa Pinzon is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that leads into an unpaved forest path. Children can play safely on the street in front of the house.

You can walk to the beach. A car or electric bike is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, Tossa, or Lloret.

There is a fireplace in the living room. Every room has air conditioning and heating for the winter.

Super Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen, ruhigen Lage. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Empfang war richtig nett und wir wurden sehr gut beraten bezüglich der Ausflugsziele. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Kerstin

Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber. 😊 Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und schön eingerichtet. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Top vakantie in Pinzon

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in Pinzon. Een mooi huis met fijn zwembad. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie. Pinzon ligt gunstig bij Cala Canyelles, alwaar een heerlijk strand en leuke barretjes/restaurants. Lynn is een super host en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Lynn en de eigenaren Án en Marja geven veel goede tips en suggesties voor bezoekjes aan de omgeving. Wij komen er graag nog eens terug.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach den Fotos Die Eigentümer und auch Lynn vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich immer angeboten zu helfen - was aber nicht nicht nötig war. Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub Vielen Dank dafür
