Bournecoast are absolutely delighted to offer this stunning, award winning Manor House, one of the last remaining original Victorian Villas in the area which is set in private, gated grounds extending to about 0.8 of an acre. Sleeping up to 20 guests, this high tech, open plan property is ideal for families with it's extensive amenities including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and swim spa, a table tennis/pool table and a cinema room. The house is in an ideal location just a short walk from Bournemouth town centre, including the award winning sandy beaches and the abundance of things the town centre offers on your doorstep. This lovely manor house is ideal for families who want to holiday together offering everything you need for an amazing holiday, plenty of space and a vast selection of facilities to entertain you and your family. We are proud to announce that this property was an Award Winner in the 2022 and 2023 Destination Tourism Awards.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
Bedroom 1 has a Super King Size Bed, FLATSCREEN TV, bath tub in the bedroom and an ensuite shower room with toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed, a Child Bed, FLATSCREEN TV and an ensuite shower room with toilet.

There are King Size Beds and FLATSCREEN TVs in Bedrooms 3, 4 (with a four poster bed) and 5 and all have ensuite shower rooms with toilets.

Bedroom 6 has a King Size Bed and FLATSCREEN TV.

Bedrooms 7 and 8 are both Twin Bedrooms with FLATSCREEN TVs and ensuite shower rooms with toilets.

Bedroom 9 is on the second floor with steep stairs with two King Size Beds (one is a Day Bed) and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet.

The very spacious lounge/diner is beautifully furnished and has a PROJECTOR TV - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet service Provider) - and doors which lead to the extensive front garden. The separate Cinema Room also has a PROJECTOR TV where you can enjoy watching a movie.

The spacious, open plan kitchen/diner has an INDUCTION HOB - TWO ELECTRIC OVENS - TWO MICROWAVE OVENS - THREE DISHWASHERS - FRIDGE - FREEZER - TWO DRINKS FRIDGES - COFFEE MACHINE - INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - and a breakfast island to seat 10 people. From this dining area is a lounge area with a 90" FLATSCREEN TV. Also on the ground floor is a TABLE TENNIS/POOL TABLE area. There is a utility room with THREE WASHING MACHINES and a shower cubicle and toilet.

The main first floor bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. On the ground floor is a separate toilet.

The bi-fold doors in the kitchen lead to the rear garden which has a 35x12 FT HEATED SWIMMING POOL (with steps) - 14x7 FT HEATED SWIM SPA with seating and jets - SHOWER and a GAS BBQ with outdoor kitchen area. The front garden has a decked area (with outdoor furniture) off the main lounge and a large lawn for children to enjoy.

There is parking for 10 cars in the drive and a car port area.

Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade - D.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note that the steep stairs leading up to Bedroom 9 on the second floor are not suitable for children or visitors with restricted mobility. Strictly no stag/hen parties or similar gatherings. THE POOL/SWIM SPA IS ONLY IN USE 28/4/24 to 30/9/24 and the SWIM SPA ONLY for Christmas.

Check-in is from 4pm to ensure the property can be prepared in time for your arrival, however the parking will be available for you to use from 3pm onwards.

Please be advised that electric car charging is not permitted on the premises.

There are external security cameras on the front gate/garage.

This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything Bournemouth town centre has to offer including the pier and the sandy beaches. This popular town offers so much to enjoy during your holiday, such as watching the sunset on Bournemouth beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre. Bournemouth really is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches, a large array of eateries both chain and independent and a good selection of High Street shops. Bournemouth Pier is a traditional pier with beautiful views over the bay with the Isle of Wight on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. House was perfect for a big family get together, kids absolutely loved the pool and adults the big island in the kitchen for evening get together. Good location. A few little bits need sorting out but wouldn’t stop us going again. Good communication with owner too.

Beautiful throughout
This was a brilliant holiday rental and was everything we could have wished for and more. It is a bedutiful home and very central to explore Bournemouth and surrounding areas. We were a party of 13 of mixed ages and generations and there was plenty of space & facilites in ambundance. Look forward to booking again for a repeat holiday!
