Rural house in Cártama with private pool, air conditioning and quick access to Málaga and surroundings, ideal for enjoying the countryside and mountains with family.
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This spacious rural accommodation of 140 m² in Cártama, with capacity for 9 people and 4 bedrooms, offers you the perfect combination between countryside tranquillity and proximity to the city. With easy access from the Cártama Motorway and just 20 minutes from the centre of Málaga, you can explore museums, monuments and leisure venues, or venture towards the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales.
The path to the accommodation is of compacted dirt, suitable for most vehicles, although caution is recommended if driving a sports car. In the surrounding area, towns such as Cártama, Alhaurín el Grande and Coín are just a few minutes away, ideal for shopping or outdoor activities like Barranco Blanco or Juanar Refuge.
Enjoy a fenced private swimming pool perfect for children's safety, and an outdoor space with a gas barbecue and furniture to take advantage of Malaga's sunshine from dawn to dusk. The porch will offer you views of the sunrise and the relaxing sound of the countryside, creating an ideal environment to disconnect with family or friends.
The interior features an entrance hall that welcomes you to a main bedroom with a double bed and fireplace (subject to seasonal maintenance). The independent kitchen, bright and well-equipped, invites you to prepare delicious meals with all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more.
The separate dining room allows pleasant family moments without mixing environments. From the living room, access is provided to two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a single bed plus an intimate attic with two single beds, accessible by metal ladder (not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children).
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating via heat pump, wifi, television, hair dryer and iron. Additionally, you can comfortably park in the outdoor space within the fenced area.
The location also allows you to enjoy multiple nearby attractions: golf courses (Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf), theme parks, sandy and rocky beaches, water parks and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, all less than an hour by car.
