In the heart of the Mont Saint Michel Bay, the house is located in Cherrueix, with direct access to the sea, it is an ideal place to gather with family or friends. This spacious freestanding gite, completely renovated in 2013 by an architect, has made the most of its significant and pleasant 180 sq.m of interior living space. The 50sq.m living room opens to the garden through a large sliding glass door. Quality amenities: well-equipped kitchen fitted to satisfy any gourmet. 5 bedrooms, each with a new bed and furniture. 3 bathrooms, 3 independent toilets. The private enclosed garden guarantees peace and tranquility. Everything has been thought of so that you feel good in this house and its immediate surroundings. It is near all the main shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, seafood, direct sale of local products). The location is ideal for exploring the region: halfway between Mont Saint Michel and Cancale (known for its oysters), the old pirate's lair of Saint Malo, Dinan and Dol de Bretagne, all medieval towns, and Combourg, cradle of Romanticism, are able to be accessed quickly by car in less than 20 minutes. The Mont Saint Michel Bay is listed as one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World as decided by the World Congress.

Lovely home

Clean modern house. Nice kitchen and large living room. . Lovely yard, comfortable rooms. Too few wine glasses and towels. No toiletries. Great location.

Amazing property

We stayed in this house for 3 nights, and i could have stayed there forever. There were 5 of us. This house is so amazingly comfortable, well equipped, beautifully clean,located in a perfect spot for seeing Normandy and surrounding areas. Beautiful people. I cannot say enough about whatca wonderful time we had. Aude our host was so amazing, she madevus feel so special and welcomed. Nous avons passé une très très belle semaine en famille dans la superbe maison spacieuse d’Aude à Cherrueix. Il y a tout ce qu‘il faut dans la maison qui est vraiment très bien équipée (largement de vaisselle, de chaises, de place à jouer, enfin: de tout!). Nous sommes un groupe d’amis d’enfance et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la baie du Mont Saint Michel le temps d’un week-end. Le gîte est parfait: spacieux, très bien aménagé et situé en face de la mer. Le jardin est très agréable et très bien entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous gardons l’adresse pour une prochaine sortie au Mont Saint Michel

Großes Haus am Meer mit wunderschönem Garten

Viel Platz, perfekt ausgestattet, drei neue Bäder, sehr sauber, herrliche Lage direkt am Meer, wunderschöner Garten, Bäckerei und Restaurants im Laufnähe und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter :-) Liebe Aude, hier noch zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Im Wohnzimmer wären ein paar zusätzliche Steh- oder Tischlampen für ein gemütlicheres Ambiente schön und vielleich wäre es möglich, Handtücher gegen Gebühr anzubieten?

Très bonnes vacances en famille

La réservation est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Beaucoup de visites dans la région, de belles promenades juste au bout du jardin en front de mer (les vrais belles plages sont à 25min en voiture). Une belle réservation sans surprise!

A Week in Northern France

Aude's house is a great place to stay. Right on the beach, spacious and well equipped, with a pleasant outdoor area and garden. Comfortable for the 8 of us with plenty of space. Village is not too far and Cancale is a short drive. Easy to get to the attractions of Normandy and NE Brittany. We had a wonderful time.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder 8-14 Jahre) zwei Wochen Ferien. Wir hatten mehr als genügend Platz. Vor dem Gaus gibt es auch zwei Parkplätze. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und wunderschön gestaltet. Die Kinder konnten sich gut vertun und auch zum Meer ist es ein Katzensprung. Je nach Gezeiten ist das Wasser sehr weit weg. Das Haus ist sauber und gut sehr gut ausgestattet (3 Velos, Spiele, große Küche mit viel Platz, viel Fläche um zu verweilen). Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und verlässlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Im Dorf hat es eine Bäckerei mit wirklich leckeren Broten und auch viele verschiedene Patisserie. Wir konnten ideal Ausflüge unternehmen (St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Omaha Beach usw.) Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen! Vielen Dank

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Haus bietet eine tolle Mischung aus traditioneller Außenansicht und moderner Innenaustattung. Ein Highlight ist der große Garten mit viele Wiese, gesäumt von Blumenbeeten, Terasse und Grill. Direkt hinter dem Garten beginnt der weitläufige Strand. Dort kann man lange spatzieren gehen, die Ruhe und Weite genießen, Pferde mit Sulkys beobachten oder Muscheln sammeln. Badestrände mit tieferem Wasser sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 min erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen leckeren, traditionellen Bäcker, zu dem man kurz mit dem Fahrrad aus der Garade radeln kann, um Frühstück zu holen. Die Vermieterin empfängt einen sehr herzlich und hat ganz viele tolle Ausflugstipps. Sehr zu empfehlen ist Strandsegeln in Cherrieux, die Klippen bei Cancale, Spatziergang auf der Stadtmauer in Saint Malo und die Klosterinsel Mont Saint Michel. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder! The house offers a great mix of traditional exterior and modern interior. A highlight is the large garden with many lawns, lined with flower beds, terrace and barbecue. Directly behind the garden begins the extensive beach. There you can go for a long walk, enjoy the peace and quiet, watch horses with sulkies or collect shells. Beaches with deeper water can be reached by car within 20 minutes. In the village there is a delicious traditional bakery, to which you can cycle a short distance from the garade to get breakfast. The landlady welcomes you very warmly and
