This villa is fully equipped for unforgettable summer and winter holidays. It has a wide porch and a big pool with hydromassage angle as well as a garden equipped with sofas, tables and chairs for eating outside.
The property is fenced all around and made of three independent apartments, each one with its own private outdoor area.
Giuseppe, the largest apartment, is on the first floor (you will reach the apartment through an external ladder) and here you will find a living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a second twin bedroom with French beds (120 cm) in the mezzanine area, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a sofa as well as a wide veranda at the entrance.
Luca, an apartment for up to 4 guests, is on the ground floor and it has a bright living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
Last but not least, Alessandro, the smallest apartment, which is perfect for a couple: here you will find a cute living room-kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guests will also find a laundry area with iron and ironing board.

Thanks to the location of this villa, you can easily reach some of the most interesting towns of the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer months, the area offers a lot of outdoor activities as for example trekking and hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche.
The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 20 minute drive you can also reach the Adriatic Sea coastline in Fano with free sand beaches or equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars and restaurants. Historic towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in just 10-20 minutes.
