40 Finch is a marvellous detached, single-storey lodge nestled in Cayton Bay Holiday Park in Cayton, North Yorkshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 50/50 fridge/freezer, coffee maker, seating for two people, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV and an electric fire, along with a utility. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is enclosed front decking with furniture, rear decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.9 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking abode. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair and travel cot are also provided.
