Sunrise is a spacious Scandinavian-style detached lodge with beautiful countryside views, a fantastic base for family holidays or a break away with friends. A sociable property boasting two lounge areas, both opening onto balconies, large open-plan modern kitchen/diner with plenty of space to accommodate all 8 guests. There are four bedrooms, 1 en suite and a family bathroom. Parking is easy with 3 spaces right next to the lodge.
Onsite there is a bar, restaurant and a man-made beach with a further bar and restaurant close by. Additionally the resort offers a spa and indoor and outdoor water activities, payable by booking ahead directly with the resort.
Sunrise is in a great location for accessing all the delights of Cornwall and is just 15 minutes drive from Padstow and the stunning golden beaches of the Seven Bays. The iconic Eden Project, and beautiful Lanhydrock are just some of the many attractions within easy driving distance, and the nearly Camel Trail offers wonderful cycling, walking and running opportunities. Some great culinary experiences to enjoy too, particularly in Padstow with its Rick Stein association.

Ground floor:  2 bedrooms, bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner.
First floor:  Sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower room.
 
Kitchen and utilities: Electric cooker and Induction hob, Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,  washer/dryer.
Entertainment:  Smart TV
For families:  Travel cot, highchair(2) and stairgate (2) Shnuggle baby bath and potty.
Outside:  Communal lawns. Secure glass fronted patio area with dining and bar furniture, seated areas and barbecue. Balcony with bistro set for 2.
Parking:  There is parking for 3 cars.
General:  Bed linen and towels are included (please bring your own beach towels). Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water. No smoking. Welcome pack. 
Pets:  2 dogs are allowed, at a cost of £25 per week each. Large Dog crate available in the property.
 
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: No smoking. Sunrise does not subscribe to the resort swimming pool and gym facilities. Private WiFi available. Mobile reception varies. Further parking at reception.
