About this property

Casa Leon, 4 people, terrace with jacuzzi

Casa León is a fabulous house in the heart of the coveted town of Pollença. This cosy property is a great gem waiting to be discovered.



The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with all amenities, attention to detail and an exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a jacuzzi and a barbecue. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated jacuzzi for a supplement of €18/day, minimum 3 consecutive days. (available from October to May)



On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, one for a couple and another with two beds. The room with two beds has a bathroom with a shower. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy views of the village and the mountain range.



This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property that one would want to miss.



The air conditioning is included in the 24-hour rental price



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Great Spot, Central Location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week while cycling/working remotely. Great setup for that here, very central location, newly renovated place with good amount of space.

Perfect Getaway

What a delightful place to stay. Newly and beautifully renovated with masses of space. Although surrounded by other houses it was cleverly tucked away with a private roof balcony a patio with cooling jacuzzi and we loved the renovation with lots of natural wood.

Superb place for exploring Mallorca and workation

We stayed there for 3 week - 2 weeks for work and 1 week for vacation. The internet connection was mostly working and we had sufficient wifi in the bedrooms, unfortunately the wifi quality differs through the different areas of the house. Pollenca is a beautiful town in the north-west and with a car rental we travel all over the island. The cleaning service was as we expected and the kitchen was well equipped.

Very sparsely decorated. No side night tables beside bed. Hot tub was cold. Spotted a large roach in downstairs bathroom. Hard to park a car nearby, but we found a parking area 5 min walk away. Was not told there was a key for safety deposit box until we inquired? Could not operate any of the tvs…no instructions.

-Super Lage -nahe, öffentliche und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten trotz Innenstadtlage -Preis-Leistung ok -Wohnung ist schön groß und perfekt für 4 Erwachsene -Whirlpool ist super - Check-In-Zeiten sind katastrophal! 10 Uhr Check-out und 17:00 Uhr Check-in! - 3 Türen ließen sich kaum öffnen/ schließen, da sie verzogen waren. Diese war insbesondere bei den Badezimmern sehr ärgerlich, da es - vermutlich aufgrund eines defekten Siphons - sehr stark nach Kloake gestunken hat! - Zusatzkosten für einen Whirlpool sind recht hoch und aufwendig, da diese vorab angemeldet und extra per Kreditkarte gezahlt werden mussten! Da dies vorab aber bekannt war, ist das in Ordnung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Pollenca bei Sealand Villas. Die Unterkunft ist chön und war in gutem Zustand. Allerdings konnten wir den Whirlpool nicht benutzen, was uns in der Anzeige nicht explizit mitgeteilt wurde. Diesen hätten wir extra buchen müssen und das fanden wir dem bereits hohen Preis nicht mangemessen. Außerdem lief das Wasser im unteren Stockwerk nach dem Duschen nicht ab - es gibt also noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren.

Ich habe in der Unterkunft nach langer Zeit mal wieder Zeit mit meiner Familie verbringen können und wir haben uns alle direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und wir haben viel Zeit am Esstisch, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen verbracht. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man benötigt, um sich während des Aufenthaltes selbst verpflegen zu können und es wird einem sogar ein kleines Kit zusammengestellt, mit Müllbeuteln, Wasch-und Spülmaschinen Tabs, Salz, Zucken, Kaffee, etwas Olivenöl und Essig.Mit 2,5h Badezimmern kommt sich keineswegs in die Quere. Die Toiletten sind mit Toilettenpapier ausgestattet, was für die Ankunft ausreicht.In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, sodass man auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen nachts gut schlafen kann.Für Autofahrerende gibt es keine 5 Minuten fußläufig einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Bei Nachfragen zur Unterkunft wurde mir immer zügig geantwortet. Wir hatten also alles in allem eine wunderbare Zeit. :)

Prima Unterkunft
