This modern four-bedroom Villa, located in Lurin, offers spectacular views of the port of Gustavia and incredible sunsets. Ideal for a large family or several couples coming on holiday together.



The owners have nominated this Villa to honour and promote the work of contemporary American artist Eduardo Kac who has brought a new direction in contemporary art with his transgenic art.



Three bedrooms are on each side of the pool and a fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor with private access and parking. They all have ocean views. They have king size beds that can be separated into two twin beds, a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, safe.



The Space:

Built on two levels and in a contemporary style, the Villa is composed of a large living room with original and comfortable white sofas, a modern table and a high definition flat screen television, a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the infinity pool. A rear garden area provides seating and grill space, but the main outdoor area is the infinity pool that extends forward with a large dining table, comfortable lounge area and deck chairs all well positioned to fully enjoy the view.

All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days

Shorter stays are on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week)
