About this property

We offer beautiful beach front views access of the Gulf. You can see and hear the waves splashing on the beach. We have beautiful sea birds, parrots, and dolphins to watch from our private property and from our beautiful white sandy beach. Children are welcome in this rental. (Maximum 2) You can walk 2 to 3 miles in each direction for those who like to enjoy quiet and beautiful walks. Or you can sit in the sun or shade to read or just relax in the sun. We also have a garden patio that overlooks the beach. It is great for relaxing, sitting under the shade tree, watching beach goers, and observing the wonderful sunsets we are so famous for.
Located centrally to a vacationer's delight. Restaurants and night life within walking distance. Tampa International Airport as well as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Hard Rock Cafe, Channel Side and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We are located just 90 minutes away from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Sports fans - we are only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes from Tampa Stadium and the Ice Palace and Tampa's historic Ybor City for dining and shopping. Beach trolley for those who do not drive. We have churches, supermarkets, drugstores, fine dining, and night life all within walking distance. At historic John's Pass, only two and one-half miles away, you will find gourmet restaurants, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and day cruises. Only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg for a day at the pier and shopping. The famous Sunshine Sky-way Bridge is within 15 minutes. Perfection

It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway! The condo was better than pictured, and the location was amazing. Quiet and peaceful, but just a short ride from all the action. We hope to return!!

Comfortable for two

Enjoyed the stay, having the bedroom and bath in the front worked well leaving the remainder of the space for relaxing and watching sunsets. The only suggestion would be that a room darkening shade should be added in the bedroom because the headlights and outside lights are destructing.

Beautiful Sunsets-Great Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. The beach is right outside the back door. Sit on the viewing patio and watch your kids play on the beach or enjoy the beautiful sunset. We spent our days experiencing some Tampa and St. Petersburg attractions and still had time in the mornings or evenings for the kids to play at the beach. There are tons of things to do in the area and it was not overly crowded like some tourist destinations. The beach was never crowded. JoAnn is a very sweet host and stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family of four. We were not ready to leave!

My husband and I are hands on with our beach rental. We want you to have a wonderful vacation. We will help you in any way to make it happen. We have 2 beautiful daughter and we are grandparents to 4 grandsons and 2 grand daughters. They love to visit our beach. We just had our 53th anniversary. We love our beach and the people who have visited us over the years. Many have become great friends. We feel that you are our guest and we want you to return again in the future. We are so blessed to have our piece of heaven to share. We would love for you to come and enjoy what we have to offer you.

Why they chose this property

We chose our property in 1990 so that we could relax, rest and enjoy the beach. We have worked hard in construction and needed something other than work. Our permanent home is 45 miles from away. We can be to the beach within 1 hour. There is no better place to be.

What makes this property unique

We are so unique at our location because we are litterly on the beach. Only 50 steps across our own garden path and the you have the beach in either direction to the north and south. We often hear from guests that the pictures you see in VRBO do not do our property and beach justice. We do not have hundreds of other visitors surrounding us. There are only 4 total units in our building and property.
