Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross over the dunes and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! 1 Beach parking permit is included with your stay.

Come see how the 'owners' enjoy beach-side vacationing with ease! Spacious STUDIO condo/apt with a brand new comfy Murphy bed and a pull out sleeper sofa bed/sectional.

Sleeps 4 people total, studio condo is on the first floor/ground floor. It's a STUDIO, one big open room with a kitchen, separate bathroom and changing area.

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchen essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located just across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
This building is #400, unit is on the first floor, walkout to pool area. We included a picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to show how close to the beach it is.

Electronic door lock for flexible check-ins
Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.

Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance.

There is a BBQ area (charcoal) on site as well as bike racks.
Shopping is close by. Beach stores or stroll along Corey Ave.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking permit is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Coffee machine, keurig, blender & toaster are included in unit. Hairdryer & iron included as well.
Very close walk to all that is great about St Pete Beach! Close walk to great restaurants, best beach bars, beach shops, ice cream or enjoy amazing sunsets on the beach.

Great place near the beach

We had a work conference just down the road. We were able to relax in the pool after work or swim in the ocean or just collect sea shells. This spot is a great location. I love the little kitchen. Everything we needed was there.

The good: Location location location. Pool was nice for the kiddos. Parking was convenient. Leftover beach toys for the kids to use. The bad: No body wash or soap or shampoo for shower.. Quarter roll of paper towels. No extra trash bags. Pull out beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Hidden gem!

Condo perfect for beach lovers!! Supplies everything needed short of a can opener, and i might have missed it! Such a clean, cool, great priced little place to get away. Description is accurate, pool is heated, not so good in July, beach is truly a 1 minute walk across the parking lot. Parking is not monitered for no one to use your designated spot at all, but we never had to park super far away, and it is only bad during the day. Pm was easy to get a close spot... this location is close to SO MUCH *Beach bonus, Upham beach has umbrella and chair rental, tiki place for grub, cold water and beer! Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was an awesome trip!

We enjoyed the pool area. Our room was small but clean. Location was good. We had no problem with parking. When I called for towel change-out, my call was answered right away and there was a quick response. Our biggest complaint was how noisy our unit was. Between the people above us and all the door slamming , construction, car alarms, it was difficult to relax at times. The towels were very rough and I actually got a rub burn on my elbow from the sheets. I won't even address the pillow sitch.

This entire unit needs a good scrubby wash. The closet was full of junk others had left behind, as was the under sink cupboard. The Murphy bed only had a tissue paper thin sheet, no mattress pad. (One was provided when I called). Above and below the Murphy bed was filled with dirt and dust. The location cannot be beat and the manager responded quickly when called, but I would not stay again at this location.

It was ok..

The location of this place is great you are right next to a lot of restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The beach is right across the street, which is nice. The place is small, there isn't a lot of room in there. But, if you are staying alone or with 1 other person it is manageable. While we were staying in the place there was a problem with the plumbing in the whole unit. We pee and come up through the shower drain. It wasn't pretty and smelled horrible. When we called the owner of the condo he was helpful with getting us into another place to stay that night while it was getting fixed. I did appreciate his willingness to help us and make accommodations but it was unfortunate that we were in that situation in the first place. Also, the cleaning company for these condos doesn't provide paper towels, and when we asked the owner for some we never got them. So if you are thinking about staying here and using paper towels I would suggest bringing your own. Overall this place is ok. The location is probably the best part.
