BEAUTIFUL RELAXING ST PETE BEACH. 3 DAY MINIMUM FEB 2027 BY THE MONTH ONLY

3 NIGHT MINIMUM
A spacious 405 sq ft ground floor studio condo, just a 3 minute walk to beautiful St Pete Beach. It's possible to spend time here and not have the use of a vehicle as everything is close buy including a well stocked convenience store 3 minutes walk away on Gulf Blvd. There is also free transportation available within the St Pete Beach area for locations a little farther away. A queen size murphy bed with a new mattress will allow even more space during the day or may be left down if you find that more convenient. Well equipped with a new 43 in flat screen TV and stereo. A new leather lazy boy recliner with side ottoman for relaxing. Full size fridge and new 4 burner stove with full size oven, crock pot, new microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and hair dryer New beach chairs and beach umbrellas . Pool noodles also in condo. This unit is nicely accented with furniture and pictures plus all linens are included as are cable tv and strong wi-fi. Land line phone for free calls to Canada and U.S. A very comfortable air conditioned unit with a separate dressing area and loads of storage space.
This smaller complex has a lovely heated pool as well as a charcoal BBQ area to grill in. Just outside your door you may also relax in the beautifully landscaped garden area complete with a gazebo, chaise lounges and chairs. Many restaurants, outdoor pubs, entertainment and grocery shopping within a short walking distance. Electronic parking pass included. No pets allowed and smoking only in designated areas. Come and enjoy leisurely morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Very nice and clean..Short walking distance to the Ocean, Restaurantt, shops as well . Would for sure book here again . It was great having the beach chairs available, they came in handy..

Great location

Located just minutes away from the beach, easy walk. Parking was great, even when the weekend crowd arrived we had parking available. Pool area is beautiful and the garden area is a quiet place to sit and relax.

AMAZING STAY!

This was such a great place to stay! Very clean and across the street from the beach!! Wonderful accommodations and beach chairs and umbrellas! The pool was very nice as well too. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Felt very safe at the property.

Convenient to beach

Small and fine if you usually eat out. Made for just 2 people but works okay. Easy walk to a great beach. Restaurants near by.

Hi Doug. Thanks for the great review. A little puzzled about your comment that the condo is not large enough to cook in and that it's necessary to dine out. The condo has a full size fridge---a 4 burner stove with an oven---a slow cooker---a blender---a toaster---a drip type coffee maker---microwave oven---and an electric kettle. There are enough kitchen utensils and pots/frying pans etc to outfit 2 kitchens. Great first visit to Friendly Native Condos

The efficiency was perfect for us for a quick stay! We loved the neighborhood, friendly people, clean accommodations that gave us everything we needed! We loved using the beach chairs and also found the pool to be well kept up and very comfortable. We would love to come back!
