Clean place to stay, comfy bed, beautiful sunsets. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk to Merry Pier. Lots of places to fish. Balcony is public area but there is plenty of seating. Quiet area which is nice. Places to eat are close by, within walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

I was worried about booking coming from so far away - what a host responds so quickly ! It’s such a pleasant area and this condo is perfect cozy and overlooks ocean ! It’s a must !

Great Stay.

Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Roomy bathroom. One of the beach chairs were broken. Host had it replaced quickly. Would definitely stay again

The location and accommodations were perfect. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that we were awoken by 9 am every morning due to construction..

Our condo was small but perfect for me and my friend. Check in was easy and efficient with a key code. We were on the ground floor and it was very quiet. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc that were provided. Great balcony upstairs is shared but we rarely saw anyone else use it. The Brass Monkey's balcony is right next door but since they close at 10:00 pm, there was no noise at bedtime.A coffee maker is provided but I would suggest to also add a kettle.Great stay right on the beach!

Fun little town

Pass a grille was a fun little town with lots to do, the house was small but perfect for 2. Equipped with beach umbrellas, boogie boards a cooler and pretty much anything you need for a day at the beach which was steps away from the property. We had a lovely time and would definitely rent this centrally located property again! The host was extremely fast to respond to any questions and there were so many great bars restaurants and shops right out the door yet it was nice and quiet.

Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay at Peter’s place in Pass A Grille. Parking is tough on the weekends but found you really don’t need a car there. Everything is convenient and close with lots of options. Thank you Eric for helping with water and ice options. Some better pillows would have been nice but still worth a 5 star review, almost got some at Sam’s Club. I will be staying there again in the future.

Paradise

Lovely condo. Clean and perfect size for a couple. Everything you need is there for a beach vacation. Umbrella, chairs, sand toys, cooler, beach towels and beach bag. This was our second time staying and the bed upgrade was much appreciated. Slept like babies. LOVE the shared balcony. Wonderful place to watch the sun set. We will be back!

Great location

The condo is in a perfect location with the beach right across the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The condo itself had a bad musty smell. I opened the windows to air it out and it continued with the same smell. I went to buy some Febreeze and it helped some but, every time I came back in from being out, the smell was overwhelming. Also, once I returned home the smell was in my clothes and my suitcase. There are plenty of towels and washcloths to use but, they’re old and have absorbed the smell of the condo. The shower head needs replaced, desperately. The water pressure is zero and multiple holes in the shower head were coated in a greenish/white film. Bed was comfortable, the pillows, not so much. They’re old, stained and have the same musty smell. I purchased my own for the 3 day stay. Sheets and pillow cases are old and need replacing. I loved having the beach chair available to take to the beach. This is the type of place you rent for the location, not the actual place you’re staying in.

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I were with our accommodations. Check in and out was awesome. We loved the balcony views. We loved everything about Pass A Grille! My brother lives about 10 minutes from where we stayed and it couldn’t have worked out better! We will be back.

Pros: great location on PAG, visibly clean, fishing poles were a nice touch for those that would use them, lots of other helpful beach and kitchen items included, nicely renovated after the hurricanes, a beautiful view from the balcony, for a smaller unit the bathroom is quite roomy, was quiet the night we stayed thereCons: smelled like mildew or mold, we were only able to stay 1 night of 4 due to concerns about possible mold—not sure of the source, host agreed to “refund the remaining” but only refunded less than half what we paid and then stopped responding to our messages

The stay was good to excellent. The room was cute, clean and well stocked and well decorated. From a critical prospective the room suffered from the the too"s; the shower water was too hot, the toilet was too low, the bed was too small, and the AC was too loud! It was a birthday celebration and we left happy that we were there.
