Love staying in Peter’s condo! This is at least our 6th time and it keeps getting better. The place is clean and bright and has everything you need. Plus there’s no substitute for being able to walk out your door, cross the street and walk into the ocean!

Nice studio across the street from beach. Open Balcony with chairs on second floor gave the best view of watching gorgeous sunsets. Storm damage is visible in entrance and not a good first impression of complex, but unit itself was nicely furnished, The wall A/C unit worked fine since temperatures were in the 70’s but doubt if would be cool enough in summer heat!

Clean place to stay, comfy bed, beautiful sunsets. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk to Merry Pier. Lots of places to fish. Balcony is public area but there is plenty of seating. Quiet area which is nice. Places to eat are close by, within walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

This unit needs to be updated from the mold build up in the shower. Also rust in the microwave. When entering the property you can smell the mold. Taking a shower is awful. Also good thing we brought our on linen. Not sure how old the linen has been on the bed. Waking up in the morning to find cockroaches not a pleasant site also. As stated earlier. This unit needs to be upgraded. Will not stay again!!
