Absolutely beautiful, easily one of nicest condo in the building!
The condo is tastefully decorated and feature living/dining room, large master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower bathroom, full size kitchen with high end Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster & blender, and Complete with washer, dryer, a second full bathroom with tub. Clock radio, 2 cable TV’s, central A/C & heat.
The unit has a private balcony with direct Gulf & white sand beach inviting you to watch our beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
For convenience & comfort, The condo has all amenities including fully equipped kitchen with waste disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Free high speed internet!
Enjoy the heated pool and spa, shuffle board, and beachside barbecue.
Right across the street is Dolphin Village Shopping center with Publix grocery store, Shell gas station, Chick-Fil-A, Dollar Tree, Liquor store, etc.
Many great restaurants & Tiki bars are within easy walking distance.

Only 1/2 hour from Tampa International Airport. We are also located near Florida’s many attractions, including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center. Spectator sports such as NFL football, major league baseball, ice hockey and greyhound racing are also close.

We loved our stay at Steve's condo. It was great to have a washing machine, and we enjoyed our coffee at his high top table out on the deck each morning. I never got tired of the view! We were within walking distance to many things.

Beach front paradise

The place was absolutely amazing. The property owner was awesome and very friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat etc, pool area was very clean and relaxing. Great ocean views from anywhere in the room . We love the area and can’t wait to go back .

Perfect location for a short stay

This property was perfect location for restaurants, shopping and beach days. Check in was seamless and the front desk was available for any and all questions. She was super friendly! The condo is exactly as pictured with nice updated kitchen and living area. Loved the ability to sit on the deck area with great ocean views for morning coffee and evening drinks. The set up was perfect for two people. Ocean was literally steps away! It was so convenient that the condo had umbrella, chairs and everything you needed to enjoy time at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Escape!

Steve was great to work with and provided us lots of options to eat and have fun. The location is perfectly secluded for the pool with an easy access to the beach.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! It's just hard to beat. Miles of beautiful white sand beach, walk either direction to find all the best Tiki Bars, live music, shelling and of course the best sunsets you've ever seen! A half a block down across the street is the Dolphin Village Plaza with Publix, Dollar Store, CVS and specialty stores along with restaurants and a bank. Also directly across the street is the Sea Turtle Restaurant, owned and operated by a local British family has the best breakfast on the beach along with a great affordable menu. Speaking of affordable, directly behind the Sea Turtle is "The Drunken Clam" best dive bar on the beach! They have great TV's with all the sports you want to watch, along with the best wings on the beach! also local favorites like fish spread, peel & eat shrimp, etc.
