You’ll love this place because of the slow paced small town feel and it's close proximity to the sandy beaches of Saint Petersburg Florida..

Beach Taxi up and down the beach for tips and a trolley will take you to downtown St. Petersburg for even more fun.
By car it is a 10 minute trip to Fort DeSoto Park and their beautiful private beaches, reported to be one of the 15 finest beaches in the world. Rollerblading, biking, picnic facilities and fishing pier available.

A 15 minute car trip to downtown St. Petersburg offers sidewalk dining at the many restaurants on Beach Ave. Museums, highlighted by the Dali museum and the Chihuly Glass Museum, will satisfy your artistic pallet, and those of your guests.

Tampa International Airport and St Pete/Clwtr Airport are about a 25 minute ride by car or taxi: “From plane to beach in less than ½ hour!”

Great location in Pass A Grille

This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. Beach chairs,umbrella towels all provided. The kitchenette was nicely appointed too. I would recommend this location.

Tiny house living, great location

Although I had some issues not receiving e-mails (owner was very responsive to messages and all issues with e-mail resolved quickly), the stay was lovely. The condo is very small but worked for me and my husband. Great location across the street from the beach and within a block or two of great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend the key lime pie martini at Hurricane’s rooftop bar, Hurricane bisque at the restaurant, and the key lime pie at Grace’s.

Just where we wanted to be!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tech Travel was easy to work with and responded quickly. Vivian was especially pleasant and lovely. The unit we stayed in at this property was very light and well decorated for a place at the beach. We had our 8 year old granddaughter with us and it was great but would probably not recommend this place for folks with young children. It is basically a retirement community with lots of noise restrictions. Also not at all a party place at the beach for young adults. Mature renters only. The older people who reside there are a little frosty but warm up eventually. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the Brass Monkey. We saw two spectacular sunsets. You need to be very organized in the unit because it is definitely tiny living for three people with lots of luggage. It is necessary to put the beach chairs outside on the walk to have any room at all in the closet. We stored things under the Murphy bed to get them out of the way. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the feel of unit 10 and the thought that was put into making it special. I have cleaned homes and rentals for 30 years so a five is pretty tough to get out of me :)

Great Location

Steps away from several great places to eat and the beach. It was a really nice place. well-equipped and nicely decorated. The bathroom is pretty small and might be an issue for a bigger person, but otherwise adequate.
