Best of Everything on the Gulf

Great Beach Vacation!

We had an excellent time at the beach condo. It is in a great location and it's very well taken care of property. We loved the attention to detail and how easy it is to work with the owner. She had everything well stocked and everything is decorated with a beach theme . This is our third time staying here and we absolutely love it! Perfect

The condo is absolutely perfect. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything, but feels isolated. The restaurants and beach are steps away but you wouldn’t know it inside. The condo itself is perfect for a small family and has everything you need! And it was spotless. The area feels untouched and not touristy at all. The water is beautiful and perfect for shelling. We took a couple of day trips to other beaches in the area all beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Location location location!!!

We loved this property! Perfect for a couple....clean and equipped with everything you need. It is directly across from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Two televisions, washer, dryer, beach towels, small appliances and an ice maker were some of the amenities we especially liked. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is rather small but the shower is big with endless hot water. We will definitely stay here again. It was all we had hoped for and more. After staying several other places in Pass-a-Grille before, this was our favorite....and the best value. I would highly recommend it!

Well-equipped one-bedroom home in prime beach location

We had a wonderful stay at Quynh's one-bedroom condo in Pass-a-Grille. The location can't be beat -- directly across the street from St. Pete's Pass-a-Grille Beach. The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything imaginable -- and notes on how to use the tv remotes, hot water/cold water, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room furniture was perfect for relaxing and/or watching the big screen tv. The pool was very clean and heated. The home was spotless clean. Quynh is a great host!

Second Visit a Charm

This was our second time staying here at this location in Pass-a-Grille. We were just as satisfied this time as we were two years ago! Everything was as expected and beyond. Quynh is responsive and helpful. You won’t be sorry if you book this location. Right across from the beach and all beach necessities you could possibly need are there! Sitting on the porch is lovely and the pool is an added bonus as well. Busy location with this stores and restaurants so close but it’s fun to people watch, etc. We hope to be back!!

Best place! So grateful to be able to stay again at our favorite condo on Passagrille. So convenient and great amenities. Host Quynh consistently goes over an above making sure you have what you need for your visit. Recently remodeled after the 2014 Hurricanes assaulted....love the new updates. Highly recommend

This is our third time staying in this condo as a family of four. Our kids are getting older (3&5), and while a second bedroom would be nice, we did not feel cramped at all. We always appreciate Quynh’s communication and attention to detail to make every part of the trip easy. We know this area got hit hard from the hurricane last year, but things are back in business, and the updates in this condo make it even more comfortable than before. We love that we are able to use Uber from the airport to get to the condo and then walk or take the free shuttle anywhere we want to go. This time we used the Sun Runner in addition to the free shuttle (bring cash for tips) to catch a ride to the St. Pete Pier.If you’re on the fence about giving this spot a try, just go for it! We already can’t wait to visit again, and we know we will book this same condo again because it has been a 10/10 all three times. The host clearly cares about the property and making sure guests have a comfortable stay with easy communication.

Lovely visit!

We arrived the day after a tropical storm hit and we never would have known! We have vacationed in Quyhn's space several times and have always felt right at home, she is easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We always enjoy the coffee selections while staying in the cozy condo and the proximity of the beach can not be beat! Quyhn supplies everything you need for a day at the beach as well as a supplied kitchen for cooking meals. We always enjoy our time here!

Repeat guests who will return again!

We had a ten day stay with our children, ages 2 and 3. We were late to request an early check in, but Quynh was very fast to respond and was able to accommodate our request. We had a couple of very minor issues (broom that broke when we used it, no water to the building for a couple hours one day), and we are 100% pleased with how Quynh took care of things and communicated. The condo was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our stay. We love having such a short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as the first floor pool access and patio with small kids. We can’t wait to return next year!
