Beach front condo on top floor (5th) with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath that offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Elevator available.

Unit 503 has been completely renovated with a new kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinets. The Dining room comfortably seats 4 people. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, ample seating and a 55" smart TV. There are large private balconies off of the living room and bedroom. The Bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser with mirror and a flat screen TV. Nice walk-in closet too. The unit includes beach chairs, an umbrella and other family beach toys. This truly is a home away from home.

Amenities of the Caprice include a private deck with lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. The pool is heated with a whirlpool. There is a grilling area.

You'll also find laundry facilities, a fitness center, a recreation/party room and parking on site.

We had a wonderful stay here. From check in with Leanne to our checkout it was seamless. The unit was spotless, bedding super comfy and kitchen and bath outfitted with any we needed. The balcony offers great views and we enjoyed the furnishings there as well. The resort was refreshed daily by exterior maintenance personnel…we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you hosts! We had a memorable stay!

This was our third timing staying in this unit and it’s still as nice and clean as it was the first time. Its location can’t be beat. There’s a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We already have it booked for next year too.

The view was beautiful, especially from the bedroom! The check-in process was super easy and everyone was very friendly. Every weekday we saw workers on site cleaning every part of the resort. The pool was great with plenty of seating. The ocean was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and we’re grateful for the host for allowing us the opportunity.
