This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. At Pass-A-Grille the beaches are not crowded, peaceful with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds.

Updated floors, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.

--Large private primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size TempurPedic bed.

--Second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable Queen size bed.

The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach.

There's open air, shaded seating to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching.

The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. There's room for lounging and outdoor dining.

Includes large flat screen TV in living room, TV in bedrooms, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV and stereo. All linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a few beach goodies are provided. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo.

The rental was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street, fairly easy access, the beach was clean and the Gulf water wonderful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The only issue was the faulty internet, they even came out and rewired and restarted it but I notified the host so they could work on it before the next guests. The host was available and pleasant to deal with. Was a nice, restful stay. Would definitely stay again

I have stayed here 3 times and love it! The location is perfect for me! We had some issues this time while we were there, and our calls were answered, and things were taken care of in a timely manner. Already planning return trips for this fall and winter.

The condo is lovely. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms. Very comfortable! Best bonus was the beach wagon with umbrella and beach chairs. The stay wouldn’t be the same without them!! Great location

Location, price, amenities. This place has it all. Everything that was advertised was delivered and more. Right across the street from the beautiful beach, next door to a great restaurant and within walking distance of everything in the cutest little town in Florida. We'll be back

The location of this corner unit is beyond perfect. Sitting under the porch, listening to the waves, watching people go by. Perfection. I would suggest the mgmnt company do a DEEP clean, noticed some mold in walls and replace the murphy bed mattress!

Great location but needs to be taken care of a little better

Great location of the property! However, wouldn’t stay in this unit again… It’s not the cleanest….. Floors haven’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long… We take our shoes off at home so as a habit we took them off here and our feet were black!! Floors need a major scrub….. As does the bathroom…. Last guests hair was all over the floor and in the shower…. All baseboards needs scrubbed along with the blinds…. The bathroom light fixture and sink pipes haven't been wiped in quite some time either… Minimal water pressure in the kitchen sink and the shower head in the bathroom could use to be replaced.. The tub faucet constantly dripped… For the price we paid I expected a lot better…. Didn’t bother to call about the cleanliness as it should have been clean when we got there…. I had to contact someone for our code to get in because they didn’t send it… Will try a different unit next time….

Very clean well equipped unit in a terrific location, comfortable beds, easy to get in and out, adequate parking. Only downsides are lack of a dining table (has breakfast counter with high chairs not very comfortable for older crowd), low soft sofa seating otherwise, and ceiling fan lights in both living room and master bed were burned out so was dark in the evening (we flagged this to management on leaving).

Sunset Gem

You can’t ask for a better location for watching the west Florida sunset. The condo is so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. My family and I really enjoyed spending time together there.

Coastal relaxation

Property was in ideal position in pass a grille which was a little secret place but now is a lot busier. The area is still recovering from last years hurricane season but this did not affect our stay.Reasonably priced for the area too.Will be back.

Pass A Grille

Great location. Able to walk to a couple of restaurants otherwise used Freebie which is a great service. We were aware there would probably be someone in condo above us so prepared for noise. Fortunately noise was only during the day. Could use more towels supplied. Owners responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed being able to sit on patio.

If construction was not going on, on the beach. It would have been perfect. We drove to Upham/ treasure island beaches so trip was still great .

Perfect corner of the world

This is my third time staying at a property managed by Charles & Liz. And definitely not my last. This is such a great spot in a relaxed beach community. If you want to slow down & take in perfect sunsets, this is the place.
