This lovely semi-detached home is part of a small, pleasant complex of villas with a garden and a well-maintained communal swimming pool—an ideal place for a family holiday.
On the ground floor, the villa has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms (2 suites), both with air conditioning.
On the ground floor, the villa features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, etc.
Outside, you can enjoy a large BBQ area, as well as a large enclosed covered parking area, in addition to the extra parking spaces available on the street.
On the south side, you’ll find a dining area and an incredible shared swimming pool, surrounded by endless beautiful views of the surrounding area. The development is located in a small, peaceful area and is perfect for families.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
For golf enthusiasts, the Balaia Golf Course is just a 5-minute drive away. This is one of the premier golf resorts in the Algarve, offering a fully equipped and modern golf club with a 9-hole course, a restaurant, and a pro shop.
Due to scheduling and logistical constraints, during the summer months the house is typically rented for periods of 7, 14, or 21 days, with check-in on Saturday.
