Wonderful place

We loved the apartment. It was located in a great place for downtown and really close to the farmers market. The apartment was comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time. Casa da Ladeira 4 is a great place to stay. When walking in it is like entering a brand new apartment. It is very modern with 2 huge bedrooms and 3 showers. The kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher and washing machine.You also have a deck you can spend time on with a view of the ocean and the mountains. It is only a 5 minute walk to the harbour and downtown area. And then there is the host. Jorge is there when you need him. We had a little problem with a leaking sink and after a call to Jorge he was there and proceeded to fix it for us. He is a friendly guy and smiles easily. He also has arrangements with a car rental agency so hooked us up with them so we could get a car for a week. I was a little worried about parking but always got a spot at the church at the top of the hill. So if you are planning a trip to San Miguel Jorge is the guy you want. He has 14 properties and I am sure they are all as nice as ours was. Thanx Jorge for everything. When we return we will definitely be using your spot again.

Review of Ladeira do Rua de mai deus

The condo was very spacious and roomy for 2 couples. It was well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and to central downtown. We would like to make the following suggestions to make future visitors more comfortable. Providing a second set of towels as working with one set for each couple was challenging because towels were not cleaned twice a week as noted in the description and drying them outside took way too long. Also, extra pillows for sleeping and an extra blanket or two would be nice. Tissue was not provided and neither was wash clothes for showering. We would also suggest leaving an umbrella for guests. The kitchen could use some more glass wear, tumblers, regular tall glasses or plastic ones for outside.Providing some playing cards, puzzles or games would be a nice added feature. We would definitely recommend this place to travelers. They were friendly and cooperative and we were able to get in a little early and appreciated that.
