The house is a large four bedroom farm house set in a secluded location between the Cambrian and Brecon Beacons mountain ranges, a few miles from Builth.
The house is within over a hundred acres of farm land, with its own private garden; lawn, wild flower area, barbeque and terrace, and has stunning views across the valley to the South-West over the Epynt. The house is next to a quiet farm yard, with no neighbours for half a mile.
If you love sitting under the stars then look no further!
The farmhouse has a large open plan lounge-kitchen-diner with a cosy log fire (with all the wood you can burn included in the price), and secondary snug lounge.
The snug has a dvd player so for those needing quiet time away from the kitchen bustle so a perfect place for sanctuary or the 'gamers' in you if you bring your own console.
The farmhouse sleeps eight people comfortably in three double bedrooms and one twin, with two en suite bathrooms, a main family bathroom.
Ideal for walking, cycling, golfing, mountain biking, bird watching, star gazing, day trips and more importantly relaxing!
Other things to note:
In the Summer months the larger workshed may be used for sheep shearing - daytime only (2 weeks of the yr).
